Job Description

 

The incumbent is responsible for managing and analyzing the customer sales process and data to assist in increased efficiency, client retention and referrals. He/She will be assisting in process commission calculations and enquiries as well.

Role Responsibilities

 

-        Analyse customer data and provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to the management on sales and clients

-        Manage and maintain customer database, ensure effective customer segmentation and data mining for the various Sales and Marketing initiatives

-        Manage, draft and review all global distributorship agreements 

-        Support CRM system enhancement, update and Client database

-        Ensure the users follow correct business process in using the system

-        Generate regular/ad hoc reports

-        Provide support to other areas of the business as required

-        Process commission for closed transactions using a CRM system

-        Issue commission payments to sales agents and partners, while tracking referral payments and deduction

-        Ensure all commission calculation is correct and within policy

 

The Ideal Candidate

 

-        Bachelor degree with 2 years of experience

-        Experience in database will be a significant advantage

-        Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Macro, Pivot table, complex formulas...)

-        SQL and JavaScript are preferred

-        Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantage

-        A proactive self-starter with a positive attitude

-        Detailed and organised

-        Able to handle various jobs and tedious tasks

-        Impeccable attention to details and solid customer service instincts

-        Extremely well organized, able to plan for and work to very strict, tight deadlines

-        Able to work very well independently, and pick up new skills quickly (with training and support)
