Responsibilities:

• Lead, drive and manage quotation process with all stakeholders required to retain existing and win new businesses
• Analyze customer’s requirements in detail and prepare overview for product and procurement teams
• Validate requirements and details with stakeholders and/or customer
• Consolidate and validate Ocean rate and service inputs received from different teams
• Calculate and prepare final customer selling rate and solution submission files covering all service requirements
• Calculate and analyze impact of GP by different margin settings
• Prepare management report to identify reason of win/loss and define actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain / Business Administration / Economics / Logistics or related disciplines
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in pricing / solution, preferably from a multinational working environment
• With in-deep industry market knowledge of international forwarding especially ocean freight
• With good understanding of different industries supply chain set-ups and requirements
• Strong knowledge on different pricing components, levels and calculation methodologies is required
• Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Power Point
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
