Responsibilities

• To handle sales coordination and administrative work
• To prepare sales quotation and assist on proposal preparation
• To perform data input, consolidate clients' data and maintain the accuracy of the records
• Maintain close relationship with existing customers and negotiate service contract renewal regularly
• To prepare reports and analysis for management review
• To coordinator and liaise internally with various departments and customers
• To collect market information regularly
• To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Certificate holder or above, preferably in Business related discipline
• Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience, preferably in sales administration and support
• A good team player with pleasant and outgoing personality
• Able to work and communicate effectively with internal parties and customers
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin is preferable
