We are actively hiring 2 Secretaries to serve a very reputed management of a large group who will be working closely with Senior Secretary or PA to ensure smooth running of the boss' personal and business schedule. 

• Provide secretarial and administrative support on personal or business issues
• Ensure smooth running on daily schedules, meetings and appointments
• Manage travel itinerary and related arrangement
• Liaise with different parties in a professional manner
• Work on paper works and handle filing works
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of secretarial experience preferably serving top management in sizable companies
• Fluent to native English speaker is a MUST
• Detail-minded, able to prioritize and manage multi tasks
• Able to complete tasks independently as well as a good team player
• High integrity to keep confidential in professional manner
• Capability in Chinese as well
