Job Description

• Responsible for handling daily operation of all settlement activities including local equities, bonds and option
• Handle daily settlement transactions properly and efficiently including day-end procedures, daily stock reconciliation corporate action, daily trade transactions and CCASS/DCASS operation
• Process SI/ ISI instruction, record client deposit and withdrawal and account opening
• Prepare clients statements and settlement reports
• Perform client cash or scrip deposit/withdrawal.
• IPO application

 

Requirements

• Form 5 or above.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience with securities firms
• Good command in both written & spoken English, & Chinese
• Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
• Immediate available will be an advantage
