Representative / Responsible Officer (Type 6)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform SFC Type 6 regulated activities
• Supervise and execute IPOs and corporate finance advisory services in compilation with the applicable regulations and internal operational guidelines and procedures.
• Perform due diligence, investment evaluation and financial modeling for potential investors
• To formulate, review and update the operational procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance
• Implement regulatory guidelines and codes

Job Requirements:

• Have IPO execution experience
• SFC registered Representative or RO for Type 6 regulated activities
• 2-8 years’ experience in corporate finance and advisory services working experience
• Knowledge of SFO, SFC Code of Conduct and rules
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
