Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of company secretarial service for the Group
• Assist in organizing board meetings, committee meetings and general meetings
• Provide administrative support for the immediate Supervisor and Director(s) in dealing with day-to-day and ad hoc projects/assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in relevant discipline(s) including company secretarial studies, corporate governance, law, legal studies; business administration, accounting and/or finance.
• 2- 3 years of relevant experience. Listed company experience is not necessary.
• Membership of ICSA / HKICS is a must.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese with conversational Putonghua.
