Job responsibilities:

1. Screen, evaluate, and execute potential investment opportunities.
2. Conduct valuation analysis of the target investment opportunities, analyze risk factors including financing, exchange rates etc.
3. Lead the team to execute investment transactions including due diligence, valuation analysis, structuring design, corporate financing arrangements and related legal matters.
4. Assist the team in maintaining investor relations, built up better business relationships with other financial institutions and third-party consulting agencies to explore potential opportunities.
5. Prepare various reports including internal report, quarterly and annual report.
6. Responsible for the daily operation management of the fund.

Job requirements:

1. Degree holder or above in finance, law, accounting, economics or other related disciplines.
2. Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in fund investment industry, with experience gained from reputable private equity fund, real estate investment enterprises, investment banks or related financial institutions are highly preferred.
3. Solid experience in leading investment team for transaction completion and project withdrawal.
4. Have in-depth understanding the real estate market in Hong Kong and be familiar with related local ordinance and financial regulations.
5. Excellent communication skills and responsible, able to work under pressure.
6. Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Chinese (Putonghua), proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel.

主要工作職責：

1. 篩選、評估、執行潛在投資機會。
2. 對目標投資機會進行估值分析，分析內容應包括對財務、匯率等風險因素的考慮。
3. 帶領團隊執行投資交易，包括盡職調查、估值分析、交易架構設計、融資安排、法律條款及相關法律檔內容談判等工作。
4. 協助團隊維護投資者關係，發展並維護與其他金融機構以及第三方諮詢機構的業務關係，尋找潛在投資機會。
5. 負責內部報告、基金投資者季度/年度報告。
6. 負責基金的日常運營管理。 
   

崗位要求：

1. 持有金融、法律、會計、經濟學等相關大學本科或以上學歷。
2. 擁有8年以上的相關行業經驗，曾在知名的私募股權投資基金、房地產投資企業、投行或同類金融服務機構任職者為佳。
3. 有帶領團隊完成投資的經驗（從項目發掘到投資交割）。同時擁有專案退出經驗者為佳。
4. 深入了解香港房地產投資市場，並熟悉當地法律與金融監管政策。
5. 出色的溝通表達能力，具備強烈的責任感和較強的抗壓能力。
6. 中英文流利（普通話）、並有扎實的中英文書寫能力，精通電腦辦公軟件。
