Tasks and responsibilities

• Monitor the finance operation to ensure tasks are handled according to global compliance standard
• Develop and lead the implementation of internal control policies and procedure, cost saving, approval control, budgetary control, accounting policies and financial strategies in business plans
• Develop and manage business performance analysis, budgeting & cash flow management
• Prepare statutory accounting, taxation statements
• Liaise with auditors and other professionals regarding audit, taxation and financial activities
• Prepare the consolidation on financial and management reports
• Cross departmental coordination to align with company goals
• Assist in company secretarial matters
• Perform ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in finance, accounting or relevant discipline with professional qualification
• Minimum 10 years of working experience with in multinational environment and experience in working in regional team, with 5 years in managerial position
• Practical exposure in strategic business planning, financial reporting, management account, internal control, cost saving and familiar with HK & PRC accounting and taxation
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills, good team player
• Hands-on with duties such as budgeting, sales analysis, financial reports, etc.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good command of verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, English and Mandarin
• With knowledge in AX EPR system and / or jewellery industry would be an advantage
• Occasional travel is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Senior Accounting Manager
