Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative supports for the team including travel arrangement and daily schedule
• Arrange meetings, prepare agenda and presentation materials 
• Assist in writing an email and report for management
• Assist in handling customers enquiries and account opening
• Assist in handling ad-hoc projects when required 
• Provide all-rounded secretarial support to the department head
• Responsible for the communication and coordination with different departments, internal and external parties

 Requirements: 

• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft office, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Detail-minded, well-organized, presentable and efficient
• Mature and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with people of all levels
