Accounts Clerk – Opportunity for Fresh Graduates

Cimigo is recruiting for an Accounts Clerk to join our Hong Kong Finance Department. This is a great opportunity to develop all-round Accountancy skills in the Hong Kong office of an international organisation.

Job Responsibilities…

l   Learning to support the daily finance and accounting matters of Cimigo and its subsidiaries in Hong Kong.

l   Involvement in handling a full set of accounts (e.g. accounts receivable and payable, intercompany balances, month end closing etc.).

l   Preparing financial statements including, P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash-flow reports

l   Supporting on month-end performance and variance analysis.

l   Preparing annual budget and budgetary control.

l   Involvement in Payroll processing.

l   Reconciliation of intercompany balances with other offices in Asia.

l   Coordination with external/internal auditors.

You’ll Need To Have…

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or similar. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Some relevant work experience or internship in an office environment is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Proficient in PC skills and MS Office.
