Responsibilities: 

1. Handle full set of accounts;
2. Prepare income and expenditure forecasts and budgets, and monitor cash flow and budget;
3. Prepare financial analysis, management reports, and month-end financial statements;
4. Responsible for financial administration and internal control system;
5. Assist in preparing funding applications and preparing financial reports to the funding bodies;
6. Prepare year-end accounts closing of the Society, and project accounts closing of Society’s projects;
7. Prepare audit schedules for annual audit of the Society, and project audit of Society’s projects;  
8. Liaison with bankers, auditors and funding bodies; and
9. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or management from time to time. 

Requirements: 

• University/college graduate with professional accounting qualification;
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience;
• Be independent, initiative, detailed-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment with around 30 core staff;
• Process strong analytical mind, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent PC skills, especially in MS Excel and hands on experience in Flex Account System is an advantage; and
• Required to work overtime and irregular hours including full-day work on weekends and public holidays during certain periods.
