Responsibilities:

• Input and monitor daily work of accounts receivables and accounts payables, handle general accounting functions including day to day operations 
• Prepare month-end closing and handle full set of accounts
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules; intercompany and bank reconciliations
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, relevant management analysis to management
• Assist in implementation of effective internal controls and accounting systems 
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required
• Inventory check every month in China

Requirements:

• F.7 or above with LCCI Intermediate or above 
• At least 2 years solid working experience in Jewellery field is highly preferred 
• Proficiency in MS Office, hands on experience in Excel and of Flexsystem is an advantage
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese 
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
