• EEV Reporting: Assist in leading the team to prepare the EEV financial results on a regular basis, including new business profitability, free surplus generation, value of in-force, EEV analysis of movement and experience variance.
• KPI Management: Provide regular forecast on financial KPIs to senior management to facilitate the monitoring of business performance against targets. Work close with other teams, and implement the initiatives to improve & outperform the financial KPIs.
• Business Planning: Prepare the actuarial analysis for the financial KPIs for Business Plan. Conduct the Group Risk Appetite to identify the underlying risks and ensure the resilience of the financial KPIs.
• People Management: Provide guidance, training and supervision to the junior team members. Ensure the junior team members perform tasks in line with requirements and the produced results are accurate with appropriate levels of checking.
• Experience Monitoring: Work closely with other teams to monitor the operating experiences, including persistency, claims and expenses, and highlight the necessity for ad-hoc deep dive exercise, if needed.
• Model Management: Lead the junior team members to ensure the maintenance of the actuarial models for EEV reporting purpose, including implementation of various model enhancements and perform model controls and documentations for model changes.

Job Requirements:

• University degree holder
• Associate of the Societies of Actuaries or equivalent
• Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills and presentation skills, both written and spoken
• Able to work a fast-paced business environment and perform multiple tasks when needed
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
• Experience in financial reporting, in particular EV reporting, is a plus
• Knowledge in actuarial modeling, e.g. Prophet
