Job Descriptions:

• Review and guide team to prepare full set of group financial accounts and management reporting and analysis.
• Compile timely financial and management reports.
• Ensure compliance of accounting, legal, statutory and corporate governance requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors regarding statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Involve in new system implementation and rollout.
• Formulate financial models.
• Formulate the internal control policies.
• Ad hoc tasks.

 

Requirements:

• University graduated with Certified Accountant qualification is a must.
• Minimum 10 years working experience of which at least 3 years in big 4.
• Financial Manager experience in manufacturing company is preferable.
• With previous experience in ERP implementation, will be an advantage.
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Familiar with IFRS and Hong Kong taxation regulations.
• Good business acumen, excellent analytical and leadership skills.
• Good skills in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Have ability to work under pressure.
• Occasional Travelling is required.
• Immediate available is an advantage.
