Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries and month-end closing;
• Invoicing, AP and AR handling;
• Prepare bank reconciliation statement;
• Support of office administration work;
• Assist in general human resources work;
• Maintain accounting records to comply with the audit requirement;
• Prepare monthly report for China Factory; and inter-company reconciliation
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• LCCI Intermediate or above, IVE diploma holder in Accounting is an advantage;
  
• relevant working experience in Accounting is an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Independent, detail-minded and good interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Knowledge of Quickbooks Accounting Software is preferable
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
