Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for the following job tasks:

- Prepare CAPEX vouchers and monitor the vendor accounts

- Perform monthly surprise check and annual spot check of fixed assets

- Assist to update fixed assets register, CAPEX progress report and check CAPEX funding request form

- Provide support to CAPEX Accounting Officer as and when required

- Perform clerical duties for CAPEX operations including filing, copy and edoc etc

Requirements:

- Degree in Accounting or Finance or related disciplines

- At least 1 year relevant working experience

- Detail-oriented, independent and be a good team player

- Responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

- Computer literacy in MS Office

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
