Position     : Account Assistant / Senior Account Assistant (5 Day)          
Location    : Near Tai Koo MTR Station  x 1 

Responsibilities:

• 60% Focus Assist Accountant to analysis & prepare some Accounting Report (Such as Monthly closing , Annual , Budget & Sale Report ... etc ) 
• 40% Handle daily AP ( Account payable) , AR ( Account receivable) functions & Assist to prepare full set of account documents with GL (general journal) 
• Assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 2 - 3 years or above relevant working experience & will Learning is an advantage 
• Experienced in Trading / Factory or Buying Office 
• Good concept in Microsoft Excel & SAP account system software is preferred 
• Good command & Written of Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• Immediate availability or Short Notice is highly preferable
• ***Candidates have more exp also will be consider as Senior Account Clerk***
