Our Client is a listed company in the Finance

Responsibilities

• Handle the monthly financial consolidation of the Group companies
• Prepare management accounts and financial reports, draft financial statements and prepare other necessary reports and documentations for the team and auditors
• Assist in review of daily vouchers and ensure data accuracy in the accounting system
• Assist in preparation of tax return and statutory accounts
• Handle interim and annual reporting
• Work with internal and external auditors to ensure an accurate and complete audit when needed

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting / finance experience preferably in sizable companies with hands on experience in financial consolidation and management accounting for listed companies
• Previous external audit experience would be an advantage
• Sound knowledge of Flex accounting system is required
• Self-motivated and detail-minded with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
