Job Responsibilities

• Enter accounting data into Peachtree.
• Process and review shipping documents for accounting records.
• Maintain bank reconciliations each month for different bank accounts.
• Monitor accounts receivables for factory payments.
• Issue payments per invoices with proper paperwork.
• Handle daily accounting operation
• Update accounting schedules in Excel.
• Perform ad-hoc when it's needed.

Job Requirements

• Degree in accounting or related disciplines.
• Nine years and above in Garment industry experience.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Experience with Peachtree.
• Good communication skills with speaking and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
• Responsible, attention to details and able to work under pressure.
