Responsibilities:

• To perform internal compliance audit across various Departments according to annual audit plan to ensure adequate controls are incorporated in operating procedures and functioning properly.
• Review and ensure that internal controls are implemented and operating effectively and efficiently across the organisation through execution of field work.
• Conduct compliance surveillance programs and internal compliance monitoring/ reviews and ad-hoc investigations for regulated activities in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Support Compliance Department on ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Law or related field, professional membership and/or professional qualifications shall be beneficial.
• Minimum 1 year audit experience. (Junior Position)
• Meticulous, Responsible, detail-minded, well-organized with good communication skills, and with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
• Conversant with MS Office applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
