Job description

• Handle daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, general ledger, issue cheques, prepare vouchers, filings, accounts reconciliation, etc.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing process
• Assist in preparing accounting schedules and management reports
• Maintain proper accounting records to meet statutory requirement
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accountancy or related disciplines with LCCI higher or above
• Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing sector
• Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Chinese typing), knowledge in ERP system is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred but not a must
