Job Highlights:

• Responsible for the full-suite of finance ,admin

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the day to day accounting activities and the full sets of accounting books (includes China, HK & overseas)
• Responsible for preparation of monthly financial reports, management reports, accounting schedules, financial analysis of Hong Kong & Overseas business
• Handling Inter-company transactions with China & Overseas offices
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Liaise with Local & Overseas auditor and other professional parties on annual audit & taxation matters
• Observes and maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
• Reconciles financial discrepancies through analysing available account information
• Provides general administration support and assists ad hoc tasks when necessary

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy, Finance or Business Management
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in accounting and admin
• Knowledge of PRC accounting and taxation is an advantage
• Fluency in both written and oral in English and Mandarin 
• Excellent communication skill, analytical with attention to details and strong sense of responsibility
• Matured, well-organized and able to meet tight deadline
• Solid experience in Accounting/ ERP System
• Well-versed in computer applications on MS Office Excel, Words, Outlook
