Responsibilities

• Oversee payment collection and achieve collection targets for Hong Kong and other North Asia countries;
• Review and streamline the credit control process;
• Manage customer credit issues and provide solutions;
• Perform collection forecast and project AR collection overdue %;
• Conduct regular process view to ensure adequate control in day to day operation for Hong Kong;
• Propose write off / provision for irrecoverable receivables;
• Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required;
• Oversee and improve billing cycle efficiency;
• Closely monitor the unbilled, unapproved invoice and unaccrued income;
• Work closely with the AR associate in the share service center Philippine;
• Ad-hoc project on accounts receivable, collection and billings cycle.

Requirements

• Degree holder;
• 3 years of working experience in Credit Control;
• Excellent command of English and Chinese;
• Experience in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point, recognized as super user;
• Good organizational and communication skills;
• Good team player.
