Company Description

Our client is a reputable hospitality group. To meet the Company expansion plan, they are looking for an experienced finance professional to join their leadership team as Group CFO.

Responsibilities

• Report to Managing Director and the Board
• Lead an experienced team of accounting professionals to manage all accounting, finance and tax matters
• Plan, organize and perform strategic partnership with prospective parties
• Formulate business plans and assess investment opportunities through different channels
• Monitor company secretarial matters to ensure compliance with various statutory requirements in different jurisdictions
• Responsible for all rounded functions in financial & management reports, costing, consolidation accounts, budgeting & forecasting, cash flow & internal control, as well accounting system

Requirements

• Master graduate or above in Accounting or Finance; a qualified accountant is a must
• Minimum 15 years of finance & accounting experience gained from sizable corporation
• Solid and in-depth exposure in property investment and hotel management
• Excellent leadership and management skill; good communication skills and strong business acumen
• Frequent travel across Asia
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese. Fluent Mandarin is essential
