A career in our Personal Tax Compliance practice, within Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever changing tax specialties. You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.

Our team helps individuals and families comply with US Federal and State tax filing rules. You’ll focus on tax policy changes related to tax returns, US and international tax reporting, tax payments and Internal Revenue Service communications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in their individual tax compliance obligations, including preparing of individual tax computations and returns, and handling correspondence with the respective tax authorities;
• Advise on tax considerations in individual tax efficiency planning;
• Conduct technical research on individual income tax, and social welfare contribution compliance, etc.;
• Structured training will be provided for becoming a professional advisor.

Requirements:

• A recognized degree or equivalent;
• Qualified member of a professional accounting body would be an advantage;
• Minimum of 2 years relevant tax experience in a similar working environment or knowledge in HK, PRC or US tax;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
