The job:

• Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, daily cash positioning and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial accounts closings and management reporting
• Provide clerical support and input accounting data
• Prepare journal vouchers for all related matters
• Prepare monthly analysis and other additional reports as required
• Administrative and HR tasks such as ordering office supplies and other additional projects 

Candidate:

• Certificate holder with LCC Intermediate accounting or related disciplines preferred/ IVE/ Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma/ Degree with major in Accountancy
• Strong attentive to details, good analytical and communication skills
• Good command in written English and Chinese
• Able to work independently and in an organized matter 
• Proficiency in MS Excel 
• 2 - 5 years accounting experience
