Support full set of account including AR, AP & G/L and Financial Statement: -

• Knowledge of Accounts Data entry in computer on accounting software on daily basis
• Suppliers payment and records entry.
• Regular AR follow up from customers and updating customer records
• Bank Reconciliation
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
• 5 days in week working
• Company location in Sheung Wan (5 minutes from Sheung Wan MTR)

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above with LCC higher level
• 5 years or more Accounting experience in trading company;
• Proactive, a team player with open mindset and can work under pressure and follow strict time line.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to relate with all levels of people
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese.
• Good command in Microsoft Excel.
• Online banking knowledge is must
• Immediate available is a plus
