Job Description
Support full set of account including AR, AP & G/L and Financial Statement: -
- Knowledge of Accounts Data entry in computer on accounting software on daily basis
- Suppliers payment and records entry.
- Regular AR follow up from customers and updating customer records
- Bank Reconciliation
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
- 5 days in week working
- Company location in Sheung Wan (5 minutes from Sheung Wan MTR)
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with LCC higher level
- 5 years or more Accounting experience in trading company;
- Proactive, a team player with open mindset and can work under pressure and follow strict time line.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to relate with all levels of people
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese.
- Good command in Microsoft Excel.
- Online banking knowledge is must
- Immediate available is a plus
