Working Location : Kwai Hing

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily booking and receiving schedule, vendor compliance report and container loan plan
• Issue overseas invoice and designated reports to the customers
• Contact local carriers for carrier booking and manages for the carrier allocation
• Follow up daily cargo report from warehouse
• Prepare sailing advise, Forwarder Cargo Receipt (FCR) and initially notify the vendor / respective parties

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework (QF)
• Possess 1 - 2 years relevant experience, preferably gained in freight forwarding company
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive and be a good team player
• Good PC operations knowledge, e.g. MS Excel & Outlook
• 5-day work per week
