Requirement: 

• Degree in Accounting preferably with professional accounting qualification
• 3-5 years practical experience in accounting field
• Have working knowledge of using accounting software, hands-on experience in MAS is an advantage
• Mature, responsible, independent, able to accommodate and deal with changes
• In addition to Cantonese, require speaking and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Less experience will be considered as assistant

Responsibilities:

• Report to the CEO
• Responsible for daily accounting operations, such as, handle expense payables and journal entries
• Checking the Sales & Purchasing documents from Sales Order Processing Department in order to maintain the correct data record of accounting
• Maintain proper and accurate records and supporting documents
• Maintain the yearly stock record and report for account closing
• Support month-end closing and preparation of management accounts and relevant schedule
• Perform monthly reconciliations and provide variance explanations
• Manage Bank and Intercompany reconciliations
• Assist in year-end audit and tax filing
• Handle HR and Administration works
• Company Secretary’s work for Directors
• Participate in ad hoc projects when needed
• Execute other administrative duties when directed by CEO
