Our client is a Hong Kong based chain herbal drinks shop that promotes the Chinese medicine concept of healthy living and illness prevention.  They are looking for the following position:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for book-keeping of company
• Handle daily accounting and finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, vouchers and general ledger on a timely basis
• Check, verify and process invoices, forecast cash flow
• Prepare bank reconciliation and cheque payment
• Track and audit petty cash reimbursement
• Perform reporting, analysis and month-end closing for management review
• Provide full spectrum of high quality support to Management
• Perform ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• 2 or more years of solid experience in finance or accounting. Those with more experience will be hired as Accounting Officer
• Fluency in written Chinese, proficiency in English
• Able to work under pleasure and fun; pressure and tight deadlines
• Detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
• Immediate available is highly preferred
