Responsibilities:

• Data input for accounting related transactions;
• Vouchers preparation and appropriate book keeping;
• Provide clerical support to accounting and purchasing teams;
  
• Maintain a well-organized filing system; and 
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Accounting or related disciplines;
• With relevant experience is preferred but not essential;
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Mature, detail-minded, hard-working with good inter-personal communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
