Primary responsibilities:

• Prepare variance financial reports by group, companies and projects;
• Provide support in financial analysis, management accounting, budgeting and forecasting;
• Analyze monthly financial projection and performance analysis to senior management;
• Assist Senior management in project planning and monitoring of project progress
• Coordinate/interact with different project leaders, professional parties and external parties;
• Assist in company secretary works;
• Perform ad hoc assignments.
  
  

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines;
• At least 4 years’ relevant working experience;
• Proficiency in MS Excel and the use of Quickbook is an advantage;
• Discreet and good judgment in handling/responding to confidential and sensitive information;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong leadership skills and able to work independently;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
