Job Description

Our client is a US sizable forwarding company with good benefits is urgently looking for the following positions

Position : Inventory Control Assistant / Executive (MNC Forwarding Company) 5 Days

Salary : 16k

Requirements :

  • Form Seven or above with a certificate in Inventory Control / Supply Chain Management is preferred
  • At least 1-2 yrs working experience in Shipping or Forwarding Company is preferable
  • Gained in FMCG desire but not essential
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Good telephone manner, Logical thinking and strong numerical sense
  • Good interpersonal, coordination, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Ms Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate Available is highly preferable (Start ASAP)

Responsibilities:

  • The jobholder is accountable to carry out duties related to the reporting, basic planning and invoice matching
  • Shipment monitoring with follow up action with Supervisor
  • Cost monitoring on the system
  • Prepare reports regarding receiving, weekly sales and other related report to the team, to customer
  • Check tally, invoice and supplier document to verify physical receiving match with supplier
  • Follow up variance with supplier and receive mis-match with document
  • Perform stock adjustment after approval from related parties including but not limited from claim ; stock take adjustment
  • Assist in claim process for documents 
  • Basic planning for products and place order to supplier, follow up shipment as well as receiving
