Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Departments
• Liaise and follow up with internal and external members for Guiding related issues
• Prepare agenda and minutes taking
• Assist in day to day activities and provide support to the Departments
• Handle Filing System, Petty cash and I/E record
• Keep an up-date inventory records of equipment, library and programme materials
• Handle ad hoc assignment if required.
  

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education
• Good PC skill including Microsoft Office, Chinese Word processing (倉頡 or 速成)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Team player, with good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good written and spoken Cantonese and English
• May require to work in weekends and public holidays
