MinterEllison LLP is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Office Manager who:

• has a university degree;
• has a minimum of 6 years' office management experience in law or professional services firms;
• is native in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua; and has strong communication skills;
• is an outstanding manager of people;
• has strong business acumen and is able to provide insightful advice and practical solutions.

MinterEllison LLP is also looking for an Assistant Office Manager to support our office manager.  The successful candidate will:

• have a degree / diploma and 3-5 years relevant experience;
• be proficient in Word (both English and Chinese), Excel and Powerpoint;
• have strong problem-solving skills and a keen team spirit;
• have strong interpersonal skills.
