The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Manager/ Senior Manager of LPA by monitoring and supervision of staff performance to assure smooth daily operations of Life Policy Administration, while participating in achieving all quality/ productivity goals and KPIs; As well as adhering to internal rules and corporate audit requirements.
Job responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise the daily work schedule for the team to ensure adherence to productivity objectives and quality metrics
- To supervise and assess staff’s performance to ensure high standard of service delivery and conduct individual coaching to staff
- To review, suggest & work with Actuarial on special value quotations & policy alternation requests to approver for approval
- Involve in the handling & processing of policy alternations & financial transactions for high net worth clients and the respective agents
- To update SOPs, work instructions and training manuals to ensure compliance to regulations, legal and corporate audit requirements are met and improve service consistency
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS to management to ensure visibility of team performance, service issues and actions plan to make improvements
- Facilitates staff meetings and one-on-one interactions to communicate operational, organizational, and service delivery changes
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably with professional insurance qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with at least 2 years in management / supervisory level
- Be proactive, with strong sense of responsibility, ability to multi-task
- Ability to multi-task, strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Familiar with MS Office and Chinese typing
