Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide all-around support to Talent Management Team of Human Resources Department from recruitment, pre-employment, employment through to separation;
• Arrange job posting, maintain application database, handle interview and onboarding logistics
• Prepare relevant employment documents and conduct data input in HR management system
• Assist in preparing, planning and executing ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in human resources management or business related disciplines, preferably with two years of clerical work experience in Human Resources. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as conversational level Putonghua
• Positive work attitude, customer oriented, detail minded and able to handle multi-tasks with good organizing skills
