Responsibilities:

• Support human resources functions including monthly payroll, up keeping attendance records, leave records, medical claims, updating personnel data, etc.
• Assist in handling recruitment process such as job-ad posting, arrangement of interviews, verification of candidate's qualifications and staff onboarding preparation
• Assist in office administration duties such as office equipment maintenance, replenishment of office supplies, purchasing, etc.
• Assist in organizing company events and other ad-hoc events 
• Assist in setting up, implementing and maintaining new HRMS
• Act as reception back-up when required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources & Administration or relevant disciplines; 
• At least 2 years' relevant experience in retail industry will be an advantage;
• Able to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadline
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediate available is highly preferred 
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as HR & Admin Officer
