Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and driving strategic initiatives
• Track and report on business performance of all HKSH Healthcare centres by benchmarking against industry trends
• Identify current healthcare gaps and assess potential for new service development
• Identify inefficiencies in existing operational systems and processes and map out actionable steps for improvement
• Lead in establishing higher service standards and a patient-centric service model
• Liaise with different departments and any relevant external parties to ensure smooth daily operation
• Expand network reach and manage relationships with external parties (e.g. referral network, insurance companies, strategic partners)
• Research global best practices and innovative ideas with aim to adapt, adopt and apply
• Coordinate efforts to bring a group-wide mobile application initiative to fruition
  

Requirements

• Master Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related disciplines
• Demonstrated interest in medical and healthcare service industry
• Relevant experience in clinical setting, preferably with knowledge of clinical workflow and medical terminologies
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong analytical, lateral and critical thinking abilities
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• High proficiency in using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and word processing in both English & Chinese
