  • To handle clerical works and assist in daily operation
  • To handle customers' enquiries and complaints
  • To communicate with customers closely and build up good customer relationship

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1 year working experience in any business
  • Good spoken Cantonese and conversational English
  • Good telephone manner
  • Knowledge in Chinese Word Processing and basic knowledge in MS Office operation, e.g.Excel & Word
  • Responsible, hardworking and willing to work in a fast pace environment
  • Immediate available is preferred
