Responsibilities:

• Explore, evaluate and manage new business opportunities and development, and conducting market research and preparing business plans and other documents
• Analyze market research and prepare survey reports for the new development projects
• Prepare meeting minutes, memos and comprehensive reports to the managers and the team
• Ensuring organizational effectiveness by liaising with different internal business units and external service providers
• Monitor and follow-up the progress of different projects
• Keep abreast of the economic situation, market trend and latest policy changes in the industry
• Coordinating with the senior management team (including Marketing, Customer Relationship, Dealing, Settlement, IT and HR Departments) to implement organizational strategies, policies and practices
• Assist in ad hoc corporate projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably in related fields
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• Proficient inMicrosoft Office
• Attention to detail with good knowledge of project documentation
• Able to work under pressure & independently
• Good communication and problem solving skills
