We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to support our Project team and handle administrative work.

Responsibilities

• To provide full spectrum of administrative supports
• To assist Project Team for project administration including project co-ordination, schedule and documentation
• To handle document submission and correspondences among clients / designers / contractors
• To handle incoming and outgoing documents and telephone calls
• Provide administrative support to the team and assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Form 6 or above.
• At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in office work in construction field.
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, with ability to handle multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Team-player and also independent, willing to learn with good problem solving skills.
• Good communication skill.
• Immediate available is preferable.
