Responsibilities:

• The candidate should obtain hands-on experience in handling recruitment, payroll, administration of C & B policies, MPF and tax issue, reward and recognition, performance evaluation, employee relations and communication, HR information system maintenance, etc.
• Assist H.R. Manager on review and update on HR policies & procedures, and employee handbooks, and dealing with staff related matters.

Requirements:

• High diploma or above in education, with pass in English & Chinese.
• 3 years working experience in HR field.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Being a good team player, well-organized and attentive to details.
• Proficiency in PC operation, e.g. MS Office application & Chinese word processing.
• Immediate availability is a must.
