Job Descriptions:

• Handle customer inquiries, understand the requirement, liaise with related parties for necessary follow up actions in a professional manner
• Prepare quotation, monitor order status, follow up for order fulfillment issues and documentation
• Provide accurate, efficient and courteous customer service to local and overseas business accounts
• Work with the team members to achieve company objectives and to deliver work in accordance with established policies and defined procedures.
• Take up ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years' relevant experience in order administration, customer service, sales support, telecommunication or related field
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with Mandarin a plus
• Familiar with MS Office application including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• With accounting knowledge is a definite advantage
• A good team player
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, able to workunder pressure
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Immediate available is preferred
