Human Resources Assistant

        Responsibilities:

• Responsible for up-keeping attendance records, leave records, medical claims, updating personnel data, etc.;

• Assist in handling recruitment process such as job-ad posting, arrangement of interviews, verification of candidate’s qualifications, etc.;

• Assist in organizing company activities and training;

• Perform other admin. and ad-hoc assignments.

   

  Requirements:

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Human Resources & Administration Management or relevant disciplines;

• 2 years’ relevant working experience in Human Resources is preferable;

• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility, good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;

• Proficiency in MS office application and Chinese Word Processing;

• Some travels to Shenzhen may be required;

• Immediate availability is preferred.
