Main responsibilities

• Participating and providing administrative support in MPF or Unit Trust procedure
• Handling customers' enquiries regarding to procedure and account information
• Delivering prompt assistance and follow up on outstanding issues

Basic qualifications

• Degree holder preferably in finance or relevant discipline but not a must
• Prior relevant experience or good knowledge for MPF/ Unit Trust is an advantage
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Strong in Excel application and Chinese word processing
