Responsibilities:

Routine Works:

1. Provide full spectrum of personal assistance and secretarial support to CEO
2. Manage schedules and calendars for CEO including arranging, coordinating, and scheduling internal and external meetings
3. Prepare / collect the agenda and minutesfor the internal / external meeting and other reports as requested
4. Coordinate with internal parties and monitor monthly report progress and status.
5. Maintain filing system for all documents and correspondence

Other Works:

1. Provide support on translation duties
2. Arrange travel itineraries, including hotels and flights booking
3. Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

1. 8 years or above experience as Personal Assistant, Director Assistant, Secretary or related Administrative Roles
2. Bachelor degree in business or related disciplines
3. Ability to shorthand the meeting detail and knowledge on Chinese word processing
4. Ability to handle the filing system
5. Proficient in MS Office tools and PC
6. Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
7. Excellent management skill to drive effectiveness across all functional teams
8. Passionate to learn
9. Excellent written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
