Post 1: Assistant Training & Development Manager

• Degree or above;
• 5 years or above experience in Training & Talent Development field;
• Manage the Graduate Trainee Program;
• Work closely with Line Managers to indentify training needs;
• Design and deliver training programs, mainly for soft skills, customer service skills, selling skills, team building, product knowledge etc.;
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the training programs;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Willing to travel to China (not frequent);
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

Remarks:

• Monthly salary: HK$ 28K - 35K (depends on candidate's experience)  + discretionary bonus;
• 5-day work;
• Working location: Quarry Bay;
• Good fringe benefits e.g. medical, banking holiday, etc.

Post 2: Senior/ Training Executive

• Degree or above;
• 3 years or above experience in Training & Talent Development field;
• Assist in coordinating Graduate Trainee Program;
• Coordinate recruitment activities with external organizers;
• Assist in designing and conducting training programs;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Training Executive.

Remarks:

• Monthly salary: HK$ 18K - 23K (depends on candidate's experience)  + discretionary bonus;
• 5-day work;
• Working location: Quarry Bay;
• Good fringe benefits e.g. medical, banking holiday, etc.
