What you will experience:

• Payroll coordination (including Global Shared Service Center workings, reporting, MPF contributions and cost allocation)
• C&B administration (group insurance enrollment/termination admin, payment arrangement and cost allocation)
• HR system & data maintenance (including testing and administration)
• Leave management
• Training coordination (including venue logistics, training data management, training system maintenance & admin)
• Expat benefits management (including housing, warehouse, payroll admin, etc.)

Talent we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree major in Human Resources or related discipline is preferred
• Minimum 4 years HR operations and coordination exposure preferably in MNC environment
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP or International HR system
• Team player, willing to work in dynamic environment, willing to learn
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available preferred
